ROOFTOP EXPERIENCE
Bring your team, family, or friends together and experience cooking with Chef Donald, either in your home or a venue of your choice. Classes can cover a wide range of techniques, including knife skills, stock and sauce making, butchery and fabricating, pasta making, sous vide, dry-aging, and more, all taught with hands-on guidance.
