Join Duck Sel for a 7 or 15 course culinary experience curated by Michelin starred chef, Donald Young. Enjoy contemporary American cuisine with a Midwest flair influenced by Donald's upbringing in Chicago and time spent working in France. Modern meets classical techniques that focus on local & seasonal ingredients, preservation, and dry aging are woven throughout the communal dining experience.
